If you do not use the product, you can exchange / return within 30 days.

Your transactions will be completed within 3 working days after your package has been delivered to us and the information mail will be sent to you automatically.

We do not cover return and exchange costs for international orders.

You can follow up your exchange / return process by requesting the cargo tracking number of the packages you will send to us as exchange / return from the cargo company.

After your return transactions are completed by us, within an average of 10 business days, your bank will return to the card you made the transaction from.

After your exchange process is completed, your new cargo tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail. If no mail is sent to you, we recommend that you check your spam / junk boxes.

For your international orders with UPS, shipping costs are 17 Euro to Europe and 25 USD to America. Shipping is free for international orders over 150 € / $. We work with the UPS shipping company. Your products will reach you within 1-5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the postcode of the country of departure and destination. Customers are responsible for any applicable fees and taxes. We do not cover return costs for international orders.

All your orders in Turkey, generally we are happy to provide you with free shipping delivery time 1-4 business days UPS Shipping.

Your orders placed until 16:00 on working days are processed and shipped. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Shipping times may vary, but we try our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
